we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality organic products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or request a refund for a purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds Section
- Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused to be eligible for returns and refunds.
- If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, it must be reported to us with images within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you have received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to give the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can replace the product or provide you with a refund based on specific case.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process within 3 working days.
Exchange
We exclusively alow exchanges for defective or damaged products. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, checked, and accepted, we’ll send you the right product within 3 days. Please note that for exchanges and replacements, you need to send the items back to us at your own expense, unless the cause of return is damaged goods or wrong items delivered by us, in which case, the return shipment charge will be borne by us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with in 7 working days on your original payment method, which will be simultaneously communicated by email/whatsapp/SMS to you . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund in your account .
Cancellation
In case you want to cancel your order, you can cancel your order within 12 hours.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to [VAPAN’s return address].
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (looks self contradictory to 'return n refubd policy'??). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
